In 2019, The Recognized Actor transformed itself into a high-level coaching service. Clients were taught the difference between being a “list doer” and being an explorer. They moved from knowing about something to actually knowing it. Decisions came more quickly, creative flow moved more easily, and definitions of success changed for the better. Understanding the Nature of Thought, and the Nature of the Industry made achieving their goals a reality.

How The Recognized Actor began:
From 2012 – early 2020, Doreen worked with committed, driven actors who knew they should be doing their marketing, but weren’t – essentially, all of them. She taught them how marketing was just one part of branding. She helped them define their brand, and then communicate it to the industry. Then she showed them how marketing is just one part of networking, and networking is simply letting people know who you are: It’s not who you know. It’s who knows you.
